Fortis Defender Mk2 (Mark 2)

The Defender Mk2 has been developed to be the ultimate compact weapon in Home Defence. Easy to handle, very affordable to maintain, the Mk2 is an excellent tool for use inside your house for home defence.

The MK2 has an overall length of +-95cm (stock fully extended) and +-66cm (stock folded), and weighs approximately 3.5kg fully assembled (including gas & 200 rounds ammo).

Reviews

The Mark 2 is the heaviest &  biggest in our range, but also the most potent in terms of muzzle velocity. It has the advantage of a fold up stock, that can decrease the size of the gun dramatically. Its magazine takes 200 rounds and it its gas cannister can fire approximately 450 shots. Simply put, it is good at doing its job. It can put down an impressive rate of firing giving an effective means of stopping attackers.

The barrel shroud has Picatinny rails, so tactical accessories can easily be added. The gun performs very well, with an effective range of 25 metres, although successful testing has been conducted at a distance of 50 metres.  The Mark 2 is not most ideal for close quarter home defence because of its size and weight, although it can be very successfully applied for home defence indoors using bunkering techniques and special tactics as prescribed by Fortis.

The person likely to go for the Mark 2 is the person not concerned with weight and one who has a clear bunkering strategy in mind  for his home defence.
